South Oak Cliff Football Documentary

Return of the Mecca is an hour-long documentary chronicling the 50-year journey of South Oak Cliff High School, beginning with the era of Integration when "SOC" became a bastion for Black achievement, to its gradual decline and calls for change led by the students themselves in 2015, and culminating with the 1st state football championship won by a Dallas ISD school in more than 60 years.
